Michael has a profound background managing large international Customer Service- and Field Service Organisations both operational and strategic. He has gained his first professional experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry before joining the HVAC business (mainly Heating and Cooling). At Vaillant Group – a european market leader for domestic heating and hot water supply – Michael was Managing Director of a Call Center, Head of the Field Service Organisation Germany with some 400 staff-members and as a Senior Executive held the global responsibility for the >500Mio$ Service- and Parts Business. He has always been working in an international B2B and B2C context. His main focus is on Business/ -Model Development, Digital Transformation and operational Excellence – he believes in customer centricity and effortless experience being the main success factors. In his role Michael was already a Salesforce Trailblazer and finally joined Salesforce.com in Summer 2018 to further develop the market for Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning. Michael lives with his wife in Duesseldorf, Germany.
