Thomas Radau started his career as Service Technician and electronic expert. After several years of experience with service jobs around the world and further education, he has more than 2 years of leading Service & After Sales Teams. He spent the first 10 years in the compressed air and gas purification sector, where uptime is critical for customer. From 2006 till 2015, he has lead the After Sales of DEUTZ, a leading industrial Diesel Engine Manufacturer, with a Global Service Network of independent Distributor and own Subsidiaries. In 2015 Thomas picked up the Challenge to develop the Aftermarket department of an Mid-Size Company in the Packaging industry to a strong competitive advantage.
